Although the sky was blue this morning in North Wales, the roads used on the shakedown were still marked by the heavy rain that had fallen in the region over the last few days. Kris Meeke produced a fine performance in the muddy conditions to set the third fastest time. Mads Østberg ended the morning just a second behind him.
